Send a shift request
Share the role, date, start/end time, hourly rate, required checks, dress code, and number of workers needed. Workers see your request and can respond Interested or Decline.
Confirm and connect
When a worker responds Interested, you confirm them through your active company plan. Contact details unlock and reliable workers can be saved to your pool for future shifts.

EasySec is a candidate access platform, not an employer or staffing agency. You remain responsible for:
Worker profiles are candidate leads only. The hiring company is responsible for licence checks, right-to-work checks, vetting, onboarding, insurance, pay, and final shift approval. EasySec does not employ workers, guarantee shifts, or process wages.

When am I charged?+
Companies subscribe to EasySec for £99/month, or £990/year with 2 months free. The subscription covers company access to worker search, shift posting, requests, confirmations, and contact reveal workflows.
Can I see full contact details before confirming?+
No. Before confirmation, you see first name + last initial, licence type, postcode area, availability, minimum rate, travel distance, and experience. Full contact details unlock through the company workflow for subscribed companies.
Who pays the worker?+
You pay the worker directly at your agreed rate. EasySec does not process wages. Your company plan covers platform access.
What if a confirmed worker doesn't show up?+
Worker reliability is tracked over time, and workers with repeated no-shows can be removed from the pool. Your company remains responsible for final shift management and worker payment.
Is this a staffing agency?+
No. EasySec is a candidate access platform — a worker availability marketplace. It helps you discover and contact available SIA workers. It does not employ workers, guarantee shifts, conduct vetting, or process wages. You remain responsible for all hiring decisions and checks.
How is this different from job boards or WhatsApp?+
Job boards show CVs and past experience. WhatsApp groups have no structure. EasySec shows live availability — you can filter for door supervisors available tonight within 10 miles. Workers keep their availability current, so you're not messaging people who aren't looking for work.
